Blessed Moments of Rest

So then, there remains a Sabbath rest for the people of God, for whoever has entered God’s rest has also rested from his works as God did from his.—Hebrews 4:9–10 (ESV)
A key to having balance in your life is honoring a day of rest—especially during the busy holiday season. Don’t feel guilty about taking time for your spiritual life. Instead, spend time with God and reap the benefit of His presence.
Loving Father, my time with You is precious and blessed. Help me to keep it that way—to schedule time for us.
