Be Patient With Yourself

Like newborn infants, long for the pure spiritual milk, that by it you may grow up into salvation.—1 Peter 2:2 (ESV)
Sometimes, spiritual growth happens overnight. Most times, it is a gradual process that takes patience and dedication. Don’t be discouraged if your faith walk hasn’t progressed as far as you hoped. God isn’t in a hurry.
Heavenly Father, if I feel discouraged or troubled by doubt and disbelief, help me to remember that faith is patient.
