Raspberry Delight

This frozen vegan treat is delicious, healthy, and quick and easy to make. It’s sure to delight the entire family.

Raspberry Delight

This sweet treat is the perfect way to cool off on a hot summer day!

Ingredients

1 frozen banana
¾ c. frozen raspberries
1 Tbsp. almond butter or other nut or seed butter
1 Tbsp. maple syrup or other sweetener
2-3 Tbsp. unsweetened almond milk or other plant-based milk (optional)

Preparation

1. Combine the banana, raspberries, almond butter and syrup in a blender. Blend to a smooth and creamy texture, scraping down the sides of the blender a few times if necessary.

2. Add almond milk to achieve desired texture.

3. Scoop mixture into a bowl, serve and enjoy!
