Be Bold in Your Faith
So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.—Isaiah 41:10 (NIV)
On hearing this, Jesus said, “It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. But go and learn what this means: ‘I desire mercy, not sacrifice.’ For I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners.”—Matthew 9:12–13 (NIV)
Is something from your past bothering you? Is something that you did or didn’t do haunting your thoughts? Pray, believe in Jesus’ forgiveness, and close the door on all those things. Jesus is more than capable of setting you free from your past.
Heavenly Father, I am worthy of being Your child. You are ready to heal me and help me to let go of yesterday so I can be my best today.
