Navigate through Anger
In your anger do not sin: Do not let the sun go down while you are still angry, and do not give the devil a foothold.—Ephesians 4:26–27 (NIV)
But even if you should suffer for what is right, you are blessed. “Do not fear their threats; do not be frightened.”—1 Peter 3:14 (NIV)
Are you under stress? Share your concerns with God. Ask Him to help banish your anxiety so you can experience the true peace that comes from knowing that He is in control. Relax and rest in Him.
Dear Lord, when I focus on You, Your peace guards my heart and mind. Your wisdom smooths the path before me.

Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.—Colossians 3:23 (NIV)
