I saw the amazing series of photos about Ben Nunery yesterday, but when a colleague forwarded it to me this morning to be sure I hadn’t missed it, I couldn’t help but look at every single picture again and read every caption.
This young father tells the beautiful story of how love and angels live on for him and his daughter, Olivia, even after they’ve said their last goodbye to his late wife, Ali, who died of cancer at age 31 in 2011.
Olivia calls a glass angel “Mommy” and, says her aunt Melanie Tracy Pace–the photographer who took both sets of moving images–father and daughter “talk to her and play with her every day.”
Truly this man is an angel on earth, for his little girl and for all of us he inspires with his message of hope. Like me, I’m sure you’ll want to look at every picture and read every caption again.
