If you haven’t visited my blog the last few posts, I have been telling the story of Jesus’ birth through wooden ornaments I have made. Normally, I post photos of my favorite subjects in wildlife and nature, but I switched gears for Christmas.
At this point in the story of Christ’s birth, He was born in a stable because there was no room for Him in the inn. The ornament depicts the animals in the stable trying to be quiet for Baby Jesus.
We know they were noisy animals going about their normal lives. They did not know they were in the presence of the King of Kings.
Even though there was no room for Him in the inn, there is plenty of room for you and me in His family. He wants us to make room for Him in our busy lives.
We shouldn’t be like the animals saying “…shhh…it’s Him!” We should tell everyone about Him!
