Be Gentle with Yourself
And so we know and rely on the love God
has for us. God is love. Whoever lives

The next time you’re comparing yourself to another
person, or examining a goal that you didn’t reach,
turn to the above verse and know that Jesus sees
you—every single perfectly imperfect part of you—
and loves you. He not only sees you as you truly are,
but sees the person He created you to be… and is
helping you become.
Heavenly Father, today I will try to be kind to myself, to let
go of judgment and rest in Your love.
