Be Happy Right Now

Be joyful always.—1 Thessalonians 5:16 (GNT)

THE MOMENT TO be happy is now. Don’t waste time thinking that happiness lies ahead—on the heels of a goal reached or something else. Take a moment and meditate on the goodness of God. Happiness is created with God’s help, within yourself.

Heavenly Father, thank You for showing me that happiness flows through me when I focus on You and Your goodness.
