Jesus gives us the power to be free of pain and burden of past mistakes. Pray for Him to help you let go of the past and stop obsessing over things you should have said or done. Ask Him to help you walk forward with purpose. Pray for the wisdom to learn from the past and look ahead with faith.

On stressful days, you might feel as if no one understands what you’re going through. Remind yourself that you are not alone. Jesus said to take heart. He has overcome the world. His presence helps you rise from worldly problems that weigh you down. His glorious victory can change and transform every moment of your life.
