A Tomorrow Free of Pain
Never again will they hunger; never again will they thirst. The sun will not beat down on them, nor any scorching heat.—Revelation 7:16 (NIV)
The flowers appear on the earth; the time of the singing of birds is come, and the voice of the turtle is heard in our land.—Song of Solomon 2:12 (KJV)
Flowers in spring are a symbol of faith, a reminder that even though you may be feeling out of sorts the earth is in order and on schedule. There are times when everyone goes through periods when their faith is low and hope seems futile. To all who hold on, God promises renewal and rebirth as surely as the daffodils return each spring.
Lord, when I struggle, give me the faith to believe.
Never again will they hunger; never again will they thirst. The sun will not beat down on them, nor any scorching heat.—Revelation 7:16 (NIV)
But the Lord has become my fortress, and my God the rock in whom I take refuge.—Psalm 94:22 (NIV)
But godliness with contentment is great gain.—1 Timothy 6:6 (NIV)
