The Strength of Gentleness
Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth.—Matthew 5:5 (ESV)
Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.—Philippians 4:6 (NIV)
If you feel as if there is never enough time in the day, your nerves are frazzled, and you are too tired to think straight, carve out some time and lift your concerns to God. Sit by yourself, close your eyes and empty your mind. These moments keep you in touch with God, who speaks to us when we are relaxed enough to hear His wisdom. Christ said, “The Kingdom of God is within” (Luke 17:21); look quietly inward and discover His Kingdom.
Heavenly Father, help me still my mind so I may hear Your guiding voice.

Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth.—Matthew 5:5 (ESV)

And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works.—Hebrews 10:24 (ESV)

The tongue also is a fire, a world of evil among the parts of the body.—James 3:6 (NIV)
