Grace beyond Suffering
And the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast.—1 Peter 5:10 (NIV)
Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.—1 Peter 5:7 NIV
In times of stress, put your faith in action. Do your best and leave the outcome in God’s hands. Use this affirmation when you fear the future: I put my life in God’s hands. I will trust God’s guidance. I leave the outcome to God.
Heavenly Father, help me focus on You instead of my fear.
