When You Feel Tested
In all this, Job did not sin by charging God with wrongdoing.—Job 1:22 (NIV)
And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity.—Colossians 3:14 (NIV)
Jesus asks you to be deliberate in your actions with others. in spite of hard feelings, He asks that you “put on love” and choose to forgive those who have harmed you. surrender your heart to Jesus and behave as He would. Deliberately choose love.
Lord, when I am feeling upset and want to turn my back against someone, guide my heart to put on love—and react as You would.
