Fear Not
Worry takes a tremendous amount of energy and often robs us of sleep and joy. Pray for the strength to follow the Lord’s instruction and let go of your fears. Take His words to heart—“Fear not!”—and feel a spark of excitement grow into joy.

Have you considered the present tense of this verse? Jesus weeps. He cares deeply about you, and when your heart hurts, He feels your pain. You never have to suffer alone. Reach out to Him and He will wrap His loving arms around you.
