Standing on God’s Promises
Not one of all the Lord’s good promises to Israel failed; every one was fulfilled.—Joshua 21:45 (NIV)
In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit Himself intercedes for us through wordless groans.—Romans 8:26 (NIV)
WHEN YOU ARE overcome with emotion or faced with a crisis, you may find it hard to pray. In moments like those, turn to the Holy Spirit. Share your difficulties and ask for Him to help you pray what is on your mind and heart.
Dear God, Give me the thoughts and words to pray right now, in accordance with Your will.
Not one of all the Lord’s good promises to Israel failed; every one was fulfilled.—Joshua 21:45 (NIV)
He has shown you, O man, what is good; and what does the Lord require of you but to do justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God?—Micah 6:8 (NKJV)
