Prayers for Graduates

Heavenly Father,
Surround those who are graduating with your grace. Bless them with hope so that they move into the future with eager and open hearts. Help them to put the knowledge, skills, and insights gained through their education for the good of all mankind. Inspire them to believe in the goodness of life even when faced with challenges and difficulties. As they commence with their lives, may they grow even more grateful and wise. Amen.

Dear Lord,
Bless the lives of graduates with goodness and love.
Help them use their gifts wisely
Pursue their dreams boldly and
Guide them to walk
into the future with faith, hope and great love.
Amen.

Dear God I give You thanks
For the triumph of this day,
For successful completion
Of this part of life’s way.
Now I would use my learning
In giving as I can,
Of love as well as skill,
In service to fellow man.
Oh, help me find that place
Where You have need of me,
For there will be fulfillment,

Dear God
Thank You for the knowledge these graduates learned in school,
for the successes and the failures that have taught them how to succeed;
for friendships gained;
for the support of understanding  parents and teachers;
for the gift of self-knowledge.
Lord, give them the strength to be vulnerable,
the courage to care and the wisdom to love.
