In honor of Thanksgiving this month, I want to share my top 10 reasons I’m thankful for our men and women in uniform:
1) They are willing to serve others.
2) They put their lives on the line for what they believe in.
3) They do the hard work of preserving our freedom and our country.
4) Their families serve, too.
5) They have resilience down to an art form.
6) They are amazing role models.
7) They are willing to protect others around the world.
8) They serve so we don’t have to.
9) They they love their families in such a way that teaches us to treasure each moment.
10) They help us remember that war has a face.
Don’t forget to thank those who have served and those who are still serving.
