I am inspired by the Holy Spirit through Joyce Meyer. I listen to her daily telecasts—most times twice daily-just to make sure I “have it!” I read two of her daily devotionals, then get into the Scriptures. I have changed more in my attitudes and actions—have more fruit in my life—in the past two years that I have listened to her teachings than I have ever before. Therefore, I am thankful to God for sending Joyce to us!

My Mom inspires me every day! Her faith in God, and her everyday activities that always put God and her family first! God has given her an amazing talent to play the piano. She knows not one note, but plays by ear. She has written around 78 songs about the Lord. For us to sing them—I laugh because it’s a process—she has to teach me the words and tune, so that I can sing soprano, and her tenor. Then we can put it all together! So with all of her songs, only her and I know the tunes. In honor of her, I have made videos to a few of her songs.

Maria Shriver inspired me last Sunday with a tribute to her father, R. Sargent Shriver, who recently passed. She expressed how he taught her to love others unconditionally, and to show up in people’s lives. I believe that he left footprints that I, for one, would like to follow.
