Try this tasty, low-cholesterol morning treat any day of the week.
Ingredients
1 low-fat, multi-grain English muffin
2 egg whites
2 slices turkey bacon
1 slice low-fat cheddar cheese
Cooking spray
Preparation
1. Toast English muffin. Meanwhile, separate eggs into small bowl. Beat whites till fluffy.
2. Spray frying pan with cooking spray. Cook egg whites till set. Top with cheese and melt. Fold eggs in half with spatula. Remove from pan and place on bottom half of English muffin.
3. Cook turkey bacon. Place on top of eggs. Place other half of muffin on top.
