This easy-to-make, sweet holiday treat is sure to be a big hit come Christmas morning.
Ingredients
2 12-piece packages (totals 1 lb.) Rhodes frozen dinner roll dough (a pound of any white bread dough may be used) |
½ c. brown sugar |
1 small box butterscotch pudding (not instant) | 1 stick butter, melted |
½ cup pecans (optional) |
Preparation
1. Thaw dough at least two hours on counter. Spray Bundt pan with cooking spray.
2. Cut rolls in half, dip in dry pudding mix and pecans. Arrange in pan. Sprinkle with remaining pudding mix.
3. Combine brown sugar and butter, pour over rolls. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise (if they rise overnight, they’ll be ready to bake for breakfast.)
4. Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes. Cover with foil the first 20 minutes. Turn onto serving plate immediately.
