Ingredients
1 baguette | Mustard |
Brie | 1 tomato |
Pepper | Oregano |
Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Split the baguette down the center, creating two long strips. Spread mustard evenly over the bread. Top with thin slices of Brie. Slice a tomato very thin and place on top. Garnish with pepper and oregano.
2. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes; the cheese will be melted and the tomato roasted. You can also add sautéed onions, leeks or meat to make it more of a sandwich or pizza.
