Where to Find Caregiving Resources on Social Media

The best social media accounts to follow for caregivers.

There’s an abundance of caregiving information available on the internet, but with so many options it can be hard to know where to begin. If you’re looking for stress-free ways to keep up-to-date on the latest research, tools and tips these accounts are a great place to start. 

Alzheimer’s Association:

Facebook: @actionalz

The Alzheimer’s Association’s social feeds are filled with research-backed articles on preventing and treating Alzheimer’s and dementia. They also record Facebook lives with experts in these fields. Many of their local chapter groups have personal Facebook pages, where you can find caregiving information specific to your location.
