Ingredients
3 c. diced cooked chicken | ½ c. mayonnaise |
3 celery stalks, diced | 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard |
1 small onion, diced | salt and pepper |
¾ c. pecan halves | watercress, for serving |
Preparation
1. Combine the chicken, celery, onion, pecans, mayonnaise and mustard in a large bowl, and toss gently until every piece is coated.
2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Serve over watercress.
