I’m forever on the lookout for a good twins story. (My sisters are fraternal twins and I’ve always found their connection completely fascinating!)
So I was delighted to come across this story about 35-year-old identical twins, Leah Rodgers and Sarah Mariuz.
On June 30, at 1:18 a.m. Mountain Time, Leah gave birth to a baby boy, in Denver, Colorado. An hour later, Sarah gave birth to a baby girl in La Jolla, California–at 1:18 a.m. Pacific Time.

How on earth did they give birth on the same day at the same exact time? According to Sarah, it might have something to do with that oh-so mysterious twin bond.
“We didn’t plan being pregnant at the same time,” she told People. “But our journeys aligned, even giving birth! Twins have a special bond, it’s hard to explain.”
“It’s a really cool thing to be able to share,” Leah said. “The adventure will only continue as our babies share the same birthday like we did! We can’t wait for them to grow up together.”
What do you think? Just a coincidence or something more?
