Your words matter. Use them to lift up others with encouragement and love. Tell your loved ones how grateful you are for their presence in your life. Be generous, tender and forgiving.

God’s wonderful promise to Joshua is also His promise to you. No matter what life brings, He will never fail or abandon you. He is your source of courage. Praise Him for His promises that bring peace and reassurance in this uncertain world.

God offers you a fresh start. When you turn to Him for help, you open yourself to His guidance and strength. He will put His Spirit in you. He will help you make healthy choices that strengthen your heart and spirit.

The word “competition” does not appear in the Bible. The closer you grow to Him, the more you recognize that there is no reason to compare yourself to someone else. Turn any envy over to Him. Ask Him to help you celebrate the accomplishments of others.

Reflect on your life and the many times that God helped you through hardship. Feel His presence with you now. Know that He watches over you. Thank Him for holding you close and keeping you safe.

Are you under stress? Share your concerns with God. Ask Him to help banish your anxiety so you can experience the true peace that comes from knowing that He is in control. Relax and rest in Him.

So many worries and difficulties stem from imagined problems that may or may not happen in the future. Take each moment as a gift. Work hard toward building your goals. Life is given one day at a time, and it’s best to live it that way.

It has been said that genius is infinite patience. Many people give up on their goal before they have put in the necessary effort to succeed. Is there a dream that you want to achieve? Ask God to help you have the patience to persevere.

When Jesus was overcome with sorrow, He asked His disciples to keep watch with Him, to stay awake and support Him, and yet they fell asleep. At one time or another, people let us down, but God and His angels are always there for you. They will keep watch.

God gave you unique and special gifts so that your voice and experience can bless others in meaningful ways. Instead of comparing yourself to others, ask God to show you how you might make a difference and help another in need.

The things in your life that come between you and your relationship with God become “barbs in your eyes.” Reflect on anything that is blocking your faith journey and pray for guidance on how to live your life to proclaim His glory.
