Ingredients
| 1 grapefruit, pith removed and segmented | 1 avocado, cubed |
| 3 Tbsp. chopped purple onion | 2 tsp. mild hot sauce |
| 1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice | 2 tsp. olive oil |
| 2 6-oz. fish fillets, cooked (salmon or white cod) |
Preparation
1. Mix all ingredients except fish in a small bowl.
2. Spoon over cooked fish.
