Your Help Comes from the Lord

I lift up my eyes to the mountains—where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth. He will not let your foot slip—he who watches over you will not slumber; indeed, he who watches over Israel will neither slumber nor sleep.—Psalm 121:1–4 (NIV)
God keeps you safe. As your Eternal Parent, He wants to comfort you and let you know that you are loved and cared for. Repeat the above verse to yourself and remember: The Maker of heaven and earth will always protect you.
All-powerful God, when I am afraid, guide me to lift my eyes to the mountains. My help comes from You.
