Be Merciful

Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.—Luke 6:38 (NIV)
Reflect on the meaning of this verse: To the extent that you show mercy, mercy will be shown to you. Recall a recent time when you experienced God’s mercy. Thank Him for helping you, and ask Him to show you how you can be merciful to others.
Dear God, help me to see people with Your eyes, and guide me to show mercy to those around me.
